I enjoy the relationships you can make with a family when you take care of their children from birth through adolescence and into adulthood. It is an honor to be trusted to take care of children when they are sick and its so rewarding when you see them at healthy check-ups as well. In my free time I love rooting for Wisconsin sports and enjoying the outdoors that Milwaukee has to offer!

Dr. Schimek was wondering as always the MA's made my sons visit very fun and he was very happy leaving the appt even after getting his flu vaccine on his birthday.

We drive all the way from Kenosha to see Dr. Shemek in New Berlin. He is always so, so like well prepared and courteous to us and he really gives us all the time that we need while also being very speedy and helping engage with my children. He speaks to them in a way that they appreciate, that I appreciate, and that we all understand We just can't say enough good things about him.

Dr. Schimek messed up lab work on my son's cultures. I will never return to Forest View Pediatrics. It was an inconvenience to return, as I cannot drive and had to get a ride share. The clinic did not do anything to help with the situation, in a situation where the error was the clinic's fault and Dr. Schimek's fault.

The doctor and assistant were fabulous with my 4 month old and provided necessary information/addressed any concerns. We are excited to continue our child's care here, 10/10 experience for our first visit.

Dr John Schimek was beyond great for my first time being there. He was very kind and informed me of everything with my son. I will definitely be seeing him for future appointments with my son

Dr. John is amazing!!!!' He not only values the health of the child, but also that of the parent. My daughter was admitted for seizures that we later learned were febrile seizures. Our follow up appointment with Dr. John he made sure I was doing okay mentally handling everything and all the stress. He also listens to EVERYTHING you say and always hears all your concerns. He takes so much time to validate any feelings you have, and help you grow as a parent.

Great experience, as always. Only suggestion for improvement on well-health visits is to ensure the child can complete the visit fully. We made my son's 4 year visit prior to his actual birthday and have to come back for a nurse visit as he wasn't able to get his shots.

Only waited a couple minutes to see provider. He took as long as my daughter needed with her appt to discuss concerns. Options, recommendations and f/u care discussed. Great provider!!!

This was our first time at this location and with the doc. I'm definitely impressed with this facility, Dr. Schimek, imaging, and staff. Everything we needed was here with efficient operations. I'm definitely returning to this location.

We appreciate the staff there being very children oriented, and allows us to be comfortable, that they know what they're doing, and not making some easier mistakes when the area is more geared towards adults. So we really appreciate them taking the time to take special care of our children.

We just met Dr. Schimek and my son really liked him. He felt comfortable talking with him. He's kind and easy to talk to. I'm glad we found a doctor to finish up the pediatric years.

The Dr. is personable and listened to all of our questions. He is very familiar with what we are dealing with and has experience and knowledge, so we could feel comfortable and trust his input.
