We were very impressed with Dr. Mack and her staff. She answered all the questions we had and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. We appreciate the time she spent with us.

My expectations weren't high since I have had a lot of awful experiences at other hospitals and doctor's offices, but this hospital was a lot nicer than any place I have ever been before. The receptionist was very polite and friendly. The waiting room had an interactive screen on the wall for my son to play with. We were called back about 10 minutes after our appointment start time but that didn't bother me since the doctor was so nice and helpful. She didn't rush through the appointment. We were her last appointment of the day and she made sure we got to see the dietitian before she left. She also scheduled labs for us before the lab closed. Our son was given a slinky and pinwheel toy. Even the security guard was friendly. According to her, my son is doing fine and she isn't concerned he has a serious problem so we most likely won't need to return but this is a very nice facility and I'm glad my son was seen there. Thank you for the good care and good experience. Not all places are like that.

The Dr and staff listened, responded, and talked to us in terms we understood. Didn't feel rushed in and out.
