I chose pediatrics because I enjoy working with children and helping to manage the conditions that commonly arise. I like building relationships with families to help better deliver good care.

My wife and I moved to Wisconsin from Iowa. We enjoy hiking, gardening, running, cooking, camping, and spending time with our dogs.

I'm very happy with choosing Children's Hospital since I've been there. I've gotten more answers and gotten more resolutions with my son, then I have in 3 years fighting with his former pediatrician.

Dr. Estelle is always really, really good with our kids and also very respectful of, I guess, our input and always listens to my questions respectfully. I appreciate her. Thanks, bye.

Somethings the doctor stated medically contradicted itself. The concerns I had for upper airway swelling wasn't validated or made a priority. My questioning if it was this or this was brushed off instead of explained.

The physician ordered some antibiotics for my daughter, but something happened in the system and they did not get sent. I had to make two different trips to the pharmacy and a call to the clinic to get everything straightened out which was significantly frustrating and caused a delay in my antibiotics of about five hours from my visit.

This was our first time at this clinic and I was very pleased. Everyone was very nice and professional. My son felt very comfortable with the Dr and that was my number one priority. I am very happy I was referred to this clinic.

Dr. Maves with a great job with my 2 year old and had him giggling throughout the appointment. He reviewed different scenarios of next steps depending on X-ray results. I felt very confident with the care my son received.

The front desk receptionist, Mylene, was absolutely amazing. The medical assistant could have been more personable and engaged as my daughter was scared to be there. The nurse she was familiar with was very helpful and made the visit better. We loved Dr. Maves and the care he gave to my daughter. We are happy to be patients of Children's Wisconsin.

We had 3 children having well check visits in a short timeframe on the same day. The front desk staff was so kind and helpful in getting all paperwork filled out and ready for the doctor. The nurses are friendly and help my teens feel comfortable with their bodies being checked over by the doctor. We had two different doctors to work with and they were both great! My children are comfortable with them and receptive to their advice about maintaining healthy bodies. Additionally, considering the big picture, the positive experiences we always have at this clinic teach my children they should feel safe and heard at the doctor. Our experiences in this clinic also teaches them that their well check visits and yearly checkups are important and worth the time. The doctors, nurses and staff take the time to get to know my kids. We really appreciate that!
