This has been a huge diagnosis/life change in a very short amount of time, but I think it's been such a positive and smooth experience thanks to our provider(s) we've worked with at Children's throughout this process. I wouldn't want to have taken our son anywhere else. He's thriving and we are thankful for all the support Children's staff have provided.

We were blown away with how helpful Dr. Olivia was! We came in with so many questions and she was able to answer every single one of them... and more! We will definitely be seeing her again. Thank you, Dr. Olivia!

My son's first visit for audiology at another clinic went poorly, and the doctor listened to my concerns about what scared my son during the last visit and took steps to make my son more comfortable. She was tremendous at making his visit as pleasant and non scary for him as possible.

The only feedback I had was it was hard to hear the receptionist during check in. The rest of the visit was great.
