Dr. Nicole Henricks is a Behavioral Health Consultant with a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and over 20 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and their families. She specializes in the treatment of anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, chronic suicidal ideation, self-harm, and complex behavioral challenges. She has provided care across the full continuum of settings including school-based services, in-home support, outpatient therapy, inpatient psychiatric care, and residential treatment. With an integrative and individualized approach, she draws heavily on Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and other evidenced-based modalities to support clients in overcoming obstacles and achieving meaningful personal and therapeutic goals.
