Services

My name is Chinyere, and I am a Behavioral Health Consultant for Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin – Forest Home Clinic. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has experience working with Adolescents, Young Adults, and Adults in a variety of treatment settings. I earned my master’s degree in clinical social work from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee and I earned my bachelor’s degree in social work with an emphasis in Child Welfare from the University of Wisconsin - Green Bay. I have experience working with individuals looking to cope with anxiety, trauma, depression, as well as significant life changes and transitions. My approach is Person-Centered, and I value the importance of treating the whole person, mind, body, and soul. I incorporate a holistic approach and use a combination of Evidenced Based modalities such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Acceptance Commitment Therapy in addition to encouraging individuals to tap into their passions and creativity throughout their healing process.

I am dedicated to and value cultural humility, diversity and inclusion, and the work of advocating for and promoting mental and emotional wellbeing. I believe that everyone has the power within to overcome obstacles no matter how large and daunting or small and inconvenient they may be. I am passionate about supporting and empowering individuals and families throughout their journey of healing and prioritizing mental and emotional wellness.
