Dr. Martin was very kind and he listened to my concerns as a Mother and explained every thing thoroughly and even asked if I had any more questions. Very pleasant office visit and he's great with kids. He got my daughter to laugh a few times, she was so nervous about the appointment.

We love Dr. Martin and his staff! We fully trust his medical opinion and the treatment plan he laid out. While I'm thankful my kids are healthy and they rarely need to seek medical care, I'm sad we don't get to visit his office more!

We were told that ENT was running 15 minutes late. Got called back about 15 minutes after our scheduled appointment time. We then got vitals done with the nurse and we're told the doctor would be in shortly. We then proceeded to wait for almost 45 minutes before the doctor finally came in to see us (at this point it was over an hour past our scheduled appointment time). No one came in to update us on what was going on or how much longer it was going to be. My child was ready to walk out and go home.

Eveyone I encountered was pretty great. The nurse was friendly and funny, the resident was super nice and informative, and the doctor was very informative, took his time, answered all our questions, and was so nice.

The MA was unfriendly, gave no eye contact, and was very stand-off-ish. The scheduler has not reached out to me yet to schedule surgery, over a week later.

It is a nice clean building. The staff are all polite and helpful. Little man enjoyed your airplane story machine in waiting room. A great experience and grateful to have a children's clinic/branch closer to us.

Dr. Martin was absolutely wonderful with my son. He was able to identify what was causing my son distress and prescribe us with a new antibiotic eardrop. I really appreciate him being able to see us so quickly and being able to get us in and out within 15 minutes. He's a wonderful provider. I would highly recommend him.
