The whole staff is amazing every time we are there. They are caring, smart and fun. My son loves going there. They have made his diagnosis easy to navigate. We will forever be grateful for this team.

My family had a great experience! All the teams involved were very attentive and I loved how the team prepared us with prior appointments before the surgery date!

The gentleman that called us in and got us set up in the room was very friendly, as was the X-ray tech. Very nice people.

Being a parent of a special needs child, any patient or any appointment, rather, is challenging sometimes, but it was very refreshing to find that children's hospital clinics have made it more friendly for parents, especially with children, taking special training with their staff to work with the child in their comfort zone, be willing to do exams on the floor if need be, offering what we call the healthy living or life position where they had autistic fidget things. It was just a refreshing experience and I would definitely

They attend well.

The wait was longer than usual. Had a longer than usual wait for the X-ray. Then a longer than usual wait for the provider. Letting us know that they were running late would have been appreciated as I thought we had been forgotten. I guess it was very busy that day because a lot of kids had the day off of school. I was wondering, if the wait became too long while we were in the exam room, how would I check to make sure we weren't forgotten? Leave the exam room and go to the reception desk?
