I encountered a few of the front desk staff when I was there, and all of them were courteous and extra helpful besides one of them. there is a old saying, sometimes it's not what you say. It's how you say it. but the overall experience with the providers was great

So grateful for all that helped us schedule, get in quickly, help us figure out what's going on. They all listened so carefully. The ear cleaning was seamless and interesting. I always go straight to CW when my kids need help. So grateful!

Jennifer was gracious enough to fit our son into her busy schedule to be seen for an acute issue. She took into consideration that he was in pain and made the visit easy for him. I really appreciate her helping him and he is already feeling and hearing so much better!
