Annual events
The MACC Fund Center recognizes the importance of socializing and developing a strong support system. The psychosocial team works together to provide programming for patients in and outside our hospital. Check with a psychosocial team member to learn about upcoming opportunities. Past events included:
- Sibling Day: a day of fun for siblings of pediatric cancer and BMT patients. Team Survivors Triathlon Training Program for cancer and BMT survivors, ages 9 – 17.
- Rainbow Camp: Children's Oncology/Hematology/BMT patients and survivors experience a summer of fun, friendship, and opportunities for new and exciting challenges.
- Young Adult Oncology Group: monthly social meet ups for cancer patients, ages 18-39, on or off treatment, such as, hiking, adventure weekends, Brewers game, cooking classes and more. Learn more about our young adult oncology group.
- Oncology & BMT Family Celebration Day: a day of fun to celebrate our patients and families.
