Meet our coordinators

Access Center Coordinators provide support for patients visiting Children's Wisconsin from around the country and the world.

 

Sue Seely

Sue has been with Children's Wisconsin for over 40 years and has been working in the Access Center since 2015. Sue is the Coordinator for the following specialty clinics: Dysautonomia, Genetics, Polycystic Kidney Disease/Renal, and several others. Sue enjoys being a resource for out of state and international families, as well as coordinating care.

Stacie Kaminski

Stacie has been with Children's Wisconsin since 2000 and has been working in the Access Center since 2015. Stacie currently works as an Insurance Coordinator for all follow-up out of state patients. She obtains benefit information, referrals, and authorizations for inpatient admissions, surgeries, procedures, and imaging. Stacie takes pride in her work and feels it is an honor to work for Children's Wisconsin; kids deserve the best care. In her free time, Stacie enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her amazing daughter.

 Carly Lewin

Carly has been with Children’s Wisconsin since 2018 and has been working with the Access Center since 2019. Carly is the coordinator for the Herma Heart Institute, BMT/Oncology, Motility, Vascular Anomalies, Feeding Team, and several other clinics within the organization. Carly enjoys advocating for our patients and families during compromised times. She is honored to work with both local and international patients to help all children live their best life and assist in reducing their family’s stress. Her favorite time spent is with her own little family having bonfires, camping, fishing, or doing anything outdoors!

Molly Marquardt Smith

Molly has been with Children's Wisconsin since 2008. Starting in Patient Access, Molly elatedly moved to the Access Center in 2013 when it opened. Since 2013, Access Center has grown from one person to now 5 coordinators to assist with the hospital's high out of state patient volume. Molly currently manages the Access Center as well as Ancillary Registration areas throughout the hospital. She believes in delivering a seamless patient and family experience, focusing on what matters most, either over the phone or face to face. In her free time, Molly enjoys a good outdoor patio and traveling.

Danielle Miller

Danielle has been with Children’s Wisconsin since 2016 and has been working with the Access Center since 2020. Danielle currently supervises the Access Center as well as Ancillary Registration areas throughout the hospital. Danielle enjoys working with kids and is passionate about being able to help patients and families from all over the world get the care that they need. In her free time, Danielle enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and friends.

Linda Sivongxay

Linda has been with Children’s Wisconsin since 2016 and has been working with the Access Center since 2021. Linda is currently the Lead for Access Center as well as Ancillary Registration areas throughout the hospital. Linda enjoys working with a big team and being their go-to resource. She is passionate about delivering the best and safest care to everyone she comes in contact with. In her free time, Linda enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.

Chrissy Blawat 

Chrissy has been with Children’s since 2021 and has been working in the Access Center since 2022. Chrissy currently works as a Lead for the Access Center and for the Ancillary Registration team in the Yabuki Tower. She enjoys connecting with families that may be going  through a difficult time to bring a sense of calm and confidence in their care. Chrissy is very passionate about Mental & Behavioral Health as well as Gender Health. She strives to ensure every child has an equitable and memorable experience while at Children’s Wisconsin. Chrissy is a mom to two high-spirited children that keep her on her toes each and every day. She has a love for traveling, live music, festivals, karaoke, and spending time with friends and family.

Sara Giese

Sara joined Children’s Wisconsin and the Access Center in 2021. Sara currently works as the Coordinator for Motility, Integrated Healing Program, Asthma/Allergy, and several other clinics within the organization. Sara is excited to bring her passion for helping families to Children’s Wisconsin. From the first contact with family, working with insurance to coordinating appointments, she believes in giving the patients and families she works with the highest level of service and compassion.  Sara is a mother to two young kids and in her free time enjoys modern art, music, crafting and traveling.

Grace is a patient of the Birthmarks and Vascular Anomalies Center and was born with PHACE Syndrome.
