The whole team that has worked with my child and my family during the last five years has been wonderful. We feel so fortunate to be working with Dr. Thiessen and his team.

Everyone at the clinic was excellent! I would especially like to give thanks to the woman who helped fit my daughter for her sling. She was so incredibly wonderful and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and that she was comfortable with her sling. Great team and definitely will make sure I share my experience with everyone!

We were very disappointed that we did not get a definitive diagnosis for something that seems to be a pretty easy thing and my daughter's feelings were pretty much dismissed by the provider.

The providers seemed very professional and knowledgeable- all of them tech- Natalie was awesome, Med student and attending physician. Thanks for the great care.

The Greenfield clinic is top-of-the-line. I came to this clinic very scared and worried about my child. They have done a wonderful job fixing her up and have been so very kind throughout the process. My daughter is thriving again and I attribute that to these doctors. Thank you so very much for everything.

Dr Thiessen is the best! He really took the time to explain current x rays and what that means for our son. He answered all my questions, wasn't in a rush, and answered my son's questions - which were way off topic! But the attention he gave my son, helps him to feel safe and learn that he plays an important role in his own health care.

My son has been going through the process of getting surgery scheduled with Dr. Thiessen and his team, his administrative assistant Amy was a huge help as well as his nurse Nora just with answering all kinds of questions, giving me all the details that I need, reaching out to my son's other providers, coordinating things with them. It's just, they've been great and definitely have gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. So just want to say thank you and keep up the great work.

Our provider did not seem to examen our child other than x-rays before talking to us. It took our prompting before they examen our child's other joints, at which point it seemed to completely change the treatment plan. His joints haven't changed since he was last seen, so we have lost some trust in the provider and why they were not forthcoming in the severity of our child's diagnosis previously.

Saw staff for about 15 minutes of our hour plus visit. I understand people are busy but this could have been better.
