Why we measure it - Research shows that doctors and clinics that treat a large number of patients tend to have better results.
What this means - Changes were made to how we calculate clinic visits in 2013, resulting in a decline in the number of clinic visits reported.
About the data - The graph shows the number of outpatient or clinic visits to our Milwaukee hospital location and our other specialty clinics in Southeast Wisconsin. The clinic visits also include imaging, laboratory, physical and occupational therapy, and patients with ongoing and in-home dialysis needs.
Clinic locations
We have clinics in several locations throughout the state to make it easier for families to access care. We have clinics at our Milwaukee hospital location and also in Green Bay, Greenfield, Kenosha, Mequon, Neenah, New Berlin, and Pewaukee.
