Session 2 introduces our Health-Body-Brain Connection Logic Chain – our key strategy to explain the link between health and learning.  This webinar discusses:

• How chronic illnesses show-up at school
• The role of health in education plans
• Barriers to accessing school services – and how to overcome them

Session 3 explains how to use the Health-Body-Brain Connection Logic Chain to manage health at school. This webinar is a deep dive into:

• School health plans and tips
• Describing medical conditions with details schools need to know about
• Explaining overall body and health impacts, managing symptoms, and supporting limitations

Session 5 empowers parents to take an active role in supporting their child’s education plan.  This webinar teaches participants how to Climb the IEP Ladder while they learn about:

• Types of education plans
• The purpose and importance of each part of the plan
• What to do when good plans go awry

Session 6 looks into the future and helps parents take steps with their child today to prepare to reach their goals in adulthood.  Participants will learn about:

• Making a Long-Game Plan
• School success strategies
• Supporting transitions
