Get to know Rachel Lenhart, MD, in Orthopedics
Rachel Lenhart, MD, is an Orthopedic Surgeon, specializing in pediatrics and neuromuscular conditions at Children’s Wisconsin and an Assistant Professor at Medical College of Wisconsin.
She has a particular clinical interest in treating children with cerebral palsy and other neuromuscular disorders. Dr. Lenhart sees neuromuscular patients starting at birth through adulthood.
She enjoys the longitudinal relationships built with these patients and their families and the process of helping these children reach their full potential. She also is actively engaged in research to improve care in neuromuscular populations.
She is an active member of the Pediatric Orthopaedic Society of North America (POSNA), the American Academy of Cerebral Palsy and Developmental Medicine (AACPDM), the Orthopaedic Research Society (ORS), the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS), and the Gait and Clinical Movement Analysis society (GCMAS).
