Dr. Simran Brar, OD, FAAO is an optometrist specializing in pediatric eye care. Dr. Brar is dedicated to providing exceptional optometric care for children of all ages. She has completed advanced training in the treatment and management of various pediatric ocular conditions.

Upon completion of her bachelor’s degree in Biology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Dr. Brar earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago, IL. She then completed her residency training in pediatric optometry at Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, MO followed by becoming a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry.

In her leisure time, Dr. Brar enjoys playing soccer, golfing, snowboarding, and a good cup of chai tea.

Dr. Brar was absolutely amazing with my daughter. She just was so sweet with her and just thorough in her whole exam. She also just really took the time and showed that she cared about my daughter. And we hope that she is always at this location because we love her so much. Thank you.

As always nothing but the best experience when dealing with children we were seen in a timely fashion and every issue that we had to ask about for my grand daughters vision was addressed

I thought the provider was amazing. She was very patient with my son. She explained everything. She took her time and I would definitely recommend her to anybody. I'm even thinking of switching her to be my son's permanent provider.

Dr. Brar is one of the sweetest people we've ever met. She is very kind, very patient, she explains things incredibly well and makes sure our son is comfortable and understanding of what is happening as it is. She's excellent. Everybody we saw that day was wonderful.

Never saw the provider i was scheduled with. Only the resident . This isn't my child's normal provider I will continue to see him but will not schedule with this OD again
