Overview

Services

As a therapist, my goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental, and comforting environment for each and every client who walks through the door. I truly believe that the clients are the expert of their own lives, and it is my job to be a partner in helping them achieve their goals and improve their mental well-being.

I have worked with children, adolescents, young adults, and families in the context of individual and group therapy, along with neuropsychological test administration. My focus has been working with children struggling with a variety of obstacles, such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, learning disabilities, and adjustment to everyday life stressors. I utilize a number of techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), social skills development, and mindfulness, along with multicultural competent and trauma-informed care. Additionally, I am interested in further training and certification in Play Therapy techniques.  Since every client is unique, treatment is viewed as a collaboration, individualized to each client’s personality and circumstances.
