As a pediatrician, I have two goals in mind: 1) That I provide the best medical care for my patients; and 2) That the patients and their families are a part of the decision-making team. Being part of a team which incorporates not only doctors, nurses, and case managers, but also patients and their families is what makes me committed and passionate about pediatric hospital medicine."
