Very happy with our provider and how attentive she is to us and our family. She listens and never makes me feel like I'm a crazy mom for having my kids be seen when I have a gut feeling something is wrong. Thank you!
They were very kind, very attentive. Despite the language difference they were able to realize any translation.
My kids felt so comfortable and I was thankful for the support we had
I would prefer more communication in regards to the vaccines and what it is for and how it will affect my child.
The new doctor we saw was wonderful. She listened to my concerns and was so great with my children
The Dr. Was amazing at helping address both my child and my concerns. When I asked her to check one more thing she said did and was very thorough with her assessment and explanation of what was happening with my child.
I love the nurses, Dr and staff at children's
Very thorough and informative
Everything was great. The service was really fast. They got him in and out and dealt with him very well due to his disorder and everything. All issues were addressed very clearly and extra help was given when needed. No complaints. Everything was great.
The nurse and the doctor were amazing. It was our first time having a primary care appointment with them, and we just left extremely happy. So they both did a great job.
I appreciate that though my children were scheduled at the same time for the same provider my 15 year old was able to be in a different room and able to discuss his health concerns without his brother in the same room. Typically my kids are seen together for wellness exams and this was the first time he wanted to do his exam on his own. Staff were very accommodating and the Doctor was patient and thorough with answering questions and providing advice. I would absolutely recommend this doctor and am happy she is my children's new provider.
Everyone was professional, thorough, and communicated well with my kid.
I really loved how all my and questions were answered. The staff was great!
Wonderful staff, nurse, and doctor.
I love the idea that I was new going to her just because my doctor wasn't available at the moment, but I love the idea that she came and catered directly to my daughter. It was a problem that I've been having for years and I've just been getting the same results from the one I've been with before. But who I went to today for that day, actually addressed every issue that I've had and set me up with an appointment for a specialist which was needed. So she cared and she listened and I do appreciate her. She's also phenomenal and her nurse was phenomenal.
Good morning, thank you for your attention to my son.
It was a great visit my my daughters constipation. She takes to my daughter to make sure she understood what was going on. The bowel clean out sheet needs to be updated. The last column for kids over 88lbs says 20oz liquid, should say 64oz.
Dr. Farley is very nice and thorough, she gives good advice and doesn't skip over critical information. My daughter likes her too.
Great nurse and doctor! They were both super patient with a kid that did not want to be there.
My grandson felt at ease with the doctor. He engaged him in conversation and made the experience non-traumatic. He was very gentle and answered all of his questions.
Very little wait time!, Large waiting and exam rooms! Kind and helpful staff. Very pleased with my visit. THANK YOU!!
The doctor filling in for dr sundareson gave us no suggestions ir ways to relieve my kids issues. She told us to take a lab meanwhile my child has been in pain and itchy all weekend. We will call and see Dr Sundareson on Monday hopefully.
The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming!
The doctors bedside manner was really off. I was told not to use an electronic babysitter which was very rude. I was also trying to explain that I have a lot of experience as my other child is a non verbal autistic and my current two year old has a speech delay but I was talked to as if this was my first child ever. Overall the appointment felt awkward and I didn't feel that the parents wants and needs were prioritized.
Always a great experience here from urgent care to primary care. So happy I found his pediatrician here.
