We were extremely pleased with the visit. All of the staff was very attentive to our concerns. They were very patient and kind, fast, friendly, and professional. They really made us feel like we mattered and they listened to all of our concerns. They really, despite the hour, gave us the time, attention, and detail that, quite honestly, you don't find much these days. So we are extremely grateful for the service we received. Thank you.

The physician was very patient. The care team was understanding and reasonable about expectations. Would definitely recommend.

it was a little disappointing that it took so long to be able to make an appointment at any clinic that was available, even though it wasn't close to where we lived. But the actual experience at the office and with the doctor was excellent.

We had, for the most part, a very good experience. The only part was we were there for almost two hours from start to finish and nothing was really needed to be done. It was just looking at her skin and, you know, creating a plan of going on the Accutane. So I just felt like it was really drawn out and it could have been a little bit of a quicker process. And that's it. Thanks so much.

I explained to two individuals I would like prescriptions sent to the local pharmacy and yet it was sent to the mail delivery pharmacy. Sadly, we are still waiting for it to arrive.

Very fast visit. We did not have to wait for the doctor which is great with an inpatient two year old! The provider, resident, medical student, and MAs were very friendly. My toddler cried the entire visit and they did not seemed phased since they work with children everyday.

The new Berlin clinic has the most friendly people ever. I drive a long way just to come here.

My child had an initial appointment and we were only given a 15 minute timeslot which was not long enough. The doctor was running behind on appointments, and our visit felt very rushed. My daughter had milia on her nose and I asked about the doctor extracting it, she seemed hesitatant to do this because she said they would need to put a numbing cream on and then extract it which would take 30 minutes, stating they didn't have time for it ad appointments are only given 15 minutes. Instead, she recommended we use topicals for the next 4 months, which my daughter has used in the past and lived with these bumps on her nose for 2 years. It was disappointing, that our appointment was not scheduled for the time needed to actually address what we came in for and get rid of the bumps.

Doctor provided both myself and my daughter options for treatment. She showed both of us total respect. She was very professional but still comforting and helpful.

When the provider felt it was urgent to remove a lesion, and knew we traveled from over 3 hours away, she made extra effort to get us in contact with plastics before leaving. But the nicest touch was that she didn't give us that heavy news and then send us on our way - she instead had a PA from plastics come directly to us in that same room. This was our first time to Children's, and it was a very pleasant experience.
