Truly exceptional. All staff were professional and so caring for our little guy. The timeline was exactly as described. We had multiple opportunities to ask any question we wanted and met everyone before the procedure who would be involved. A+ all the way around

Our first appointment with audiology was a lot shorter than initially anticipated. We were thankful that the ENT team was able to see us sooner than our scheduled time so that we didn't have to wait around for that next appointment. We appreciated the care that was provided to our child and that they were able to answer all the questions that we had.
