Roxanne Link is an advanced practice prescriber (nurse practitioner) holding active membership in the Metro Milwaukee Nurse Practitioners, American Nurse Association, Wisconsin Nurse Association and the Society of Otorhinolaryngology and Head-Neck Nurses. We arrived 15 min early as asked and weren't roomed until almost 25 min after our appt start time, the MA didn't know why we were there and asked if it was a follow up. We went over the family history with the fellow and when the provider came in she didn't know it at all. We weren't seen by our actual provider until almost an hour after appt time and not one person other than the front desk staff apologized or even acknowledged the delay. I understand delays but the experience was extremely frustrating.
