I am a strength-based therapist who enjoys working with children of all ages and their families. My work is grounded in the respect and nourishment of the child and family’s unique perspective including their strengths, backgrounds, identity, and values. I have training in cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, positive psychology, sport psychology, and mindfulness and mediation practices. I strive to create a comfortable, authentic environment to promote teamwork and collaboration. I believe in growing the child and family’s existing strengths and values – we will create actionable plans to move in the direction that matters most to you.
