Overview
Services
When a child goes through a tough time, it can impact several aspects of their life as well as the whole family. I am passionate about supporting children and families in their counseling journey by empowering them through their own strengths and resilience. I believe in creating a safe environment of acceptance for children and adolescents by meeting them where they are emotionally and developmentally, as well as recognizing that every child comes with their own individual life experiences and challenges. I use evidence-based treatments, such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), TF-CBT (Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), and TBRI (Trust-Based Relational Intervention) to work with children and families to meet their goals and achieve overall wellness.
