Overview

Services

I chose to work in integrated behavioral health because mental healthcare is just as important as physical healthcare and working in a primary care setting allows for simple, accessible care to nurture a child’s entire wellbeing. My hope is that when I meet with families, children and families feel safe and comfortable to share their stories. I enjoy the collaborative process of working together to find support for any concerns expressed during a visit. It is a great honor to assist families through the journey of life and it brings me joy to see my patients overcoming their challenges and reaching their goals. I believe in the healing power of play, justice, mindfulness, healthy relationships and acceptance of ourselves and others.

Prior to becoming a behavioral health consultant, I was a recreational therapist, so I am a strong advocate for utilizing recreational activities as a way to add more meaning to life. When I am not in the clinic, you can find me hiking, camping, biking on the Oak Leaf trail, and trying new restaurants in the Milwaukee area.
