I am a bilingual licensed professional counselor (LPC) experienced in working with individuals, groups and families in a variety of settings including outpatient mental health clinics, psychiatric hospitals, residential treatment centers, community mental health centers and schools.

As an LPC, my goal is to provide support and guidance during difficult times. To do so, I integrate each child’s unique background into a personalized treatment approach.

My areas of experience include individual and group work with trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, moderate to severe behavior issues, spectrum disorder, anger management and parent education. My person-centered approach uses techniques from cognitive behavior therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy to help you navigate your journey.
