I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who is passionate about working with children and adolescents in their journey to better their lives. I gained extensive experience while working in different levels of care within Rogers Behavioral Health, including residential and inpatient programs. There, I worked with children, adolescents, and families struggling with anxiety, depression, safety concerns, disordered eating, and trauma. I also have experience working with young children on the autism spectrum. I meet all patients where they are at and work together with them to meet their goals.  I take a client-centered approach when working with individuals and families, while incorporating elements of both Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
