Overview

Services

I am a professional counselor who received my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Communications from the University of Milwaukee. I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Cardinal Stritch University. I am skilled in working with children and adolescents ranging from ages 3 to 18. I am a passionate, dedicated clinician who utilizes an eclectic and integrative approach to psychotherapy that focuses on adapting therapeutic techniques to meet the unique needs of the individual. I am knowledgeable in treating a variety of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, eating disorders, trauma, ASD, and difficult adjustment and self-esteem issues. I have experience working in inpatient, in-home, and outpatient environments. I believe in the importance of creating a safe space where all can feel accepted and understood without judgment. My goal is to assist clients in learning new strategies to overcome challenging situations while also developing skills to effectively manage distressing emotions to reach their goals and full potential.
