I completed my MS in Community Psychology from Alverno College. I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Wisconsin since 2016. I completed three years of post-graduate training providing therapeutic and assessment services to children, adults, and families within diverse populations. With over seven years of experience in the mental health field, I take great pride in providing a strength based, person-centered approach to care. In practice, I utilize a variety of techniques and skills drawn from recognized therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused, Play, Mindfulness, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I believe strongly in early mental health intervention, and reducing the stigma of mental health in communities through education.
