Julia works as a School Based Child and Family Therapist for Children’s WI contracted with Racine Unified School District at Wadewitz Elementary. Julia earned her Master’s in Educational Psychology dual certification in School and Community Counseling from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Julia has several years of clinical experience working with children, teens and their families in a variety of settings to include day treatment, school and community to address trauma, emotional, social and behavioral concerns. I have been trained in Trauma Informed Cognitive Behavioral therapy, certified as a Trauma Informed Children’s and Teen’s yoga teacher, certified as a trauma informed yoga teacher and trained as a Triple P provider (Positive Parenting Program).
