Services

As a clinician, I am passionate and excited to work with individuals and families. I specialize in working with adolescents struggling with school, substance use, self-esteem, depression, anxiety, trauma, peer conflict and parent-child relationships. I also enjoy working with parents to help identify effective parenting strategies. It is important we work together to focus on strengths while working to develop a skill set tailored to each individual's needs.

As part of the therapeutic process, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused CBT (TF-CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) modalities to help individuals understand the symptoms they are experiencing and ways to overcome them. My primary focus is to develop a solution-based plan to foster positive progress.

Additionally, I am trained in Brief Strategic Family Therapy (BSFT) and use this evidence-based model to help families realize their strengths and accomplish their anticipated goals.
