Overview

Services

It is a privilege to care for children with blood disorders, and I find great value in providing individualized and detailed care. I believe each child’s health is specific to the child and focus on thorough evaluations based on the child’s symptoms. While I enjoy taking care of children within all aspects of Hematology, I have expertise in children with immune-mediated cytopenias, such as immune thrombocytopenia, autoimmune hemolytic anemia, autoimmune neutropenia, Evans syndrome, disorders of immune dysregulation, as well as hemoglobinopathies, including sickle cell disease and thalassemia. I believe comprehensive and multidisciplinary care is essential for patients with complex blood disorders, and work closely with several specialists inside and outside of Children’s Wisconsin to provide the highest level of care possible for the patients I take care of.
