Overall a good experience.

Wait time between nurse and doctor was extremely long; nearly an hour. Difficult for a child.

Visits can get long and boring for kids so toys or books would be great.

Dr. Shakir and the team were excellent. The listeners, our daughter is very medically fragile. They did N95s for us. The medical assistant was excellent. The photographer that we saw that day was excellent, excellent, excellent. That whole team was fabulous. The only thing I'll say about that location, and I know you guys need the space there, but that location, it was dirty. Like the little waiting area, there was like food crumbs. We were the first appointment of the day, and it was clearly not cleaned from the previous day. The seats were dirty. The ground was dirty. The overall clinic setting was dated, and I couldn't tell if it was dirty or not because it was just so beat up. So that's the only negative on the whole thing. All of the people were excellent.

I do appreciate that they have the valet service, and the service of when you go there, you're already nervous about your, you know, child having to be there, and they just give you comfort, and they're very understanding, and patient with you.

Dr. Shakir is amazing and answered all of our questions, even answered my 9 year old about her questions about her surgery and answered her in a age appropriate manner to where she understood as well. All of the staff was so nice and welcoming!
