I came to the appointment with my son feeling stressed and left the appointment feeling very relaxed so that says it all. All of the staff were welcoming and I really appreciated how Dr. Tower and Dr. S took out the time to answer our questions and to explain things to us in a way in which we understood. I left the office feeling hopeful and encouraged and my son felt the same way. Keep up the great work

The take home handout on high potassium diet leaves much to desire. The first foods on the list that are recommended for my daughter are ice cream, pudding, milk and shakes. Also listed was chocolate, candy, pizza, etc. Very shocking to say the least! Coconut water was the last thing mentioned and that is something that should be given first for electrolyte imbalance and Avocado wasn't on there at all. I think the hospital needs to have much better dieticians that actually know about healthy eating, and I would also highly recommend updating their "healthy diet" handouts.

I was so thankful that they took my concerns seriously when it came to my three year old. That is what matters most and I wish all providers were this caring and efficient. Do the tests. Bring the peace. Change the system.
