I have a question I thought of after the visit and I'm not sure if I can call back or how what I do with questions I have after the visit.

This provider walked into our room without introducing herself or asking any questions. She immediately began talking about what she thought we should do based on notes from our visits with our last provider. She spoke to me as if my child was not in the room and had no awareness of the emotions she might be invoking. This appointment was incredibly triggering. There was do signs of trauma informed care- I am disappointed and frustrated with the quality of care we received

The nurse and receptionist were very nice and friendly but I was cut off constantly and dismissed by doctor.

We were very impressed with the experience at the allergy clinic at the main campus of Children's Hospital. The check-in process was very smooth and easy. We were able to do most of the forms online before we got there, which sped things up. The assistant that took us in the room and helped get us settled before the doctor came in was kind and very knowledgeable. The doctor was outstanding. We have only met her once, but we trust her completely. We were very happy with our experience.

Hi, I was pretty disappointed in this visit and the provider just was super rushed. She came in to give me the results. She didn't even sit down. I felt pressured to get out of there as quickly as possible. I don't know if it was towards the end of the day and they wanted to go home, but I left and actually went and tracked her down in her office because I thought of more questions as I was packing up. It just was overall not a great experience to feel like the doctor did not have a moment to talk through the results with me, give me a moment to digest what I was hearing, talk to her, have a dialogue. I've never had a doctor who just stood there and then walked out of the room after about 30 seconds without even sitting down to have a conversation with me. So overall, it was pretty disappointing. So thanks so much for this.

My experience with Dr. Zafra was very disappointing. Our daughter had a mild allergy. She had symptoms. And then we brought her into the office to see Dr. Zafra. She did some blood work. The results came back positive on Friday, 4 p.m. I believe. I could see the results and read that she was positive for an egg allergy. Then today, Monday, Dr. Zafra added a comment to her test results saying that she was positive for egg allergy. All she said was avoid eggs. She didn't include an expect. She didn't recommend an EpiPen. She didn't call us for a follow-up appointment. There was no guidance whatsoever on how to keep my daughter safe.

Our experience with our doctor, technician and pulmonary technician were great. I wish I did have some information on how to get my follow up questions answered. But overall a good experience. The allergy nurse in my opinion was unprofessional. She started asking questions before we sat down in the office about my son's health history. then asked what test I wanted my son to get. Not being in the medical industry I was unsure why she wanted me to tell her what test my son should get. I needed the team of professionals to advise me. Let me know next steps. Those incidents made the appointment strange.
