General Nephrology

• If you have questions during regular business hours (weekdays 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.), call (414) 266-2018, option 3, to speak with one of the nephrology nurses.
• If you have urgent questions at night or on a weekend or holiday, call (414) 266-2000 and ask for the nephrologist (kidney doctor) on call.

Pediatric Dialysis Center

• To speak with one of the dialysis center nurses, or if you have questions about your appointment, please call (414) 266-2840, option 3.
• If you have urgent questions about your/your child’s medical condition at night or on a weekend or holiday, call (414) 266-2000 and ask for the nephrologist (kidney doctor) on call
• If you have urgent questions about your/your child’s dialysis machine at night or on a weekend or holiday, call (414) 266-2000 and ask for the dialysis nurse on call.

Kidney Transplant

• To make an appointment, call Central Scheduling at (414) 607-5280 or toll-free at (877) 607-5280.
• If you have an urgent issue during regular business hours (weekdays 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.), call (414) 266-2844, to speak with one of the transplant coordinators.
• If you have urgent questions at night or on a weekend or holiday, call (414) 266-2000 and ask for the nephrologist (kidney doctor) on call.

Referring providers

• To speak with a nephrologist at any time about an urgent patient issue, call the Children’s Transport and Physician Referral Center (800) 266-0366 and ask to speak with the pediatric nephrologist on call.
• If you have non-urgent issue during regular business hours (weekdays 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.), call the pediatric nephrology office at (414) 337-7140.
