The medical team and their services were amazing. Yes. I am definitely happy with the appointment and the care we received.

The whole staff in Kenosha is very friendly and Ashley is an awesome provider. I would recommend her to anybody.

The front desk staff didn't seem to want to show me how to get to the next area of the hospital my child had anotherappointment. They seem bothered by my inability to understand the directions they gave me. Go there turn right then turn left then turn right again...I was confused until someone completely out of the office took the time to walk me to where I needed to be.

I know my granddaughter received the best care ever, and everyone was helpful and friendly. We left with questions answered and came away feeling totally satisfied.

Just keep up the good job and y'all just keep helping us with these kids, making them with a better life, and helping the parents understand things so everything can be alright for us as parents and for the kids. Very friendly and helpful staff. The only thing I would ask is if the waiting room (210) would have music on or a kids show on tv. It was super quiet and with a child who wants to talk and play, it would be more comfortable to have some background noise so I didn't feel like I was at a bank.
