Dr. Flanary is an exceptional ENT DOCTOR. She has been a provider to all 4 of my children and I appreciate her expertise, personal bed side manner, and tender care. She is awesome.

Hi, I'm calling with a review of Dr. Flanary. He's fantastic, competent, direct communicator, great with me, great with my son who's eight. The only issue I have, and it's a small one but it's logistical and it's kind of important, is I wasn't good of a number to follow through with scheduling and I still haven't received a call from scheduling because my son needs his tonsils and adenoines out. So that would be my only issue. So I will call and figure it out, but otherwise, excellent. Dr. Flanary, I recommend everybody. Thanks so much.

The doctor and staff are great with my child with special needs. They listen to my child's concerns. They are compassionate, and they take their time with their patients and the parents.

The doctor was rude and left after 15 minutes when we drove 45 minutes for her to say something she could have done over my chart. no solution was covered and wasted our time and money

Dr. Flanary and her staff has always been excellent with my daughter and her care. I love how she takes time to listen to my concerns in regards to anything that's going wrong with my daughter, and I recommend her to anybody who's looking for an ENT doctor.

I want to appreciate the doctor for everything that she explained for me, my husband, all the help that she's giving to my daughter. I did answer some questions on number three, I think, because I didn't listen all the way and I thought that number three was the best, but it was the four. So can you please change those answers that I answered incorrectly because she did her work perfectly. I hope that all the doctors can be like her and I appreciate her time and her help. Thank you so much, doctor, for your help.

I would not go back to this provider and I did not trust her with the care of my son. My concerns were not taken seriously and was only taken kinda serious when my son turned blue in the office and I cried. This is extremely unfortunate and disheartening! I think I need to get a second opinion from another ENT doc which is more time and another appt. Very stressful!
