We were referred to the ENT specialist for our little guy at just 8 weeks of age. Specialty appointments take a while to get into and we were booked months in advance. Our pediatrician Dr. Meuler not only listened to our concerns, but advocated for our son to be see sooner. The scheduling staff was so kind! Forgive me I don't have specific names, but she went above and beyond to work with us to get us seen with our family's not-so-flexible schedule. I have a toddler at home, my husband and I both work full time, and we live over 40 min from the nearest Children's clinic. Our scheduler helped narrow down a time quickly and efficiently. At the appointment, as any mama can imagine, I was a nervous wreck. When it comes to your child's ability to breathe, it was very scary to discover the unknowns. Dr. Gorelik listened to us and was very reassuring. My son ended up needing a scope put down his nose and throat. Dr. G and his nurse team were amazing! I was extremely nervous and was crying during this procedure, along with my newborn son. They included me so I knew what was happening, and I was able to hold and comfort my baby during this procedure. The nurse was very encouraging and even wiped my tears as I had my hands full. That right there would make me choose Children's 110%. I was overwhelmed, scared, and embarrassed But they comforted me as it is scary for the child AND parent. We thankfully got very good news, but even if the diagnosis hadn't been good, I would trust the providers at Children's of Wisconsin. I am so thankful that we had such an amazing experience.
Went above and beyond in assisting my family. We are very appreciative!
I love it here
The doctor was so amazing, working with my three year old granddaughter, and also making sure her puppy was also healthy. He was amazing!
Everybody from front desk, to nurse, MD and audiologist were all friendly, kind and efficient.
