I am a bilingual Licensed Professional Counselor in Training. My work focuses on diverse families, children and teens. I use a trauma-informed and person-centered approach in my work. This includes:

• Creating a safe and healing space.
• Use of play, art and movement.
• Valuing strengths in all children, teens and families.

My goal is to help with healthy relationships, coping with stressors, trauma, shame, and big changes in life.  We all have the ability to learn, grow, and heal through counseling.  I believe counseling can provide hope and growth.
