Overview
Services
I view therapy as a joint venture that is built upon a foundation of respect, partnership, and above all, acceptance. My focus in working with children and their families is to create a safe space for each individual by honoring each person’s strengths and unique perspective throughout treatment. I utilize strengths-based and integrative therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and relaxation to help each child learn to manage challenging feelings, navigate difficult situations, and build healthy relationships. I specialize in working with youth ages six to eighteen experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD, and life changes. I recognize the courage it takes for youth to seek support when they are struggling. Working in collaboration with children and their families is crucial to therapeutic success.
