NICU

The unit is equipped with the state-of-the-art equipment necessary for the diagnosis and treatment of critically ill newborns. The specialized care of these babies is provided by our team of highly skilled and dedicated staff. In addition, we are committed to providing family-centered care and partnering with parents. Parents are the most important members of a baby's care team. The time that parents spend with their baby is as important as their medical care. Parents are welcome to be near their baby as often as they are able.

While it is normal to feel helpless when your baby is in our NICU, there are many things you can do to help soothe, calm and care for your baby. Ask questions. Your baby's caregiver will be more than happy to assist and teach you. Our family-centered care is one reason why a very high percentage of patient families give our NICU services an "excellent" or "very good" rating and would recommend our NICU services.
