I was very disappointed in the way the team at children's hospital approached our case. They had my son in tears, and although it was not their fault he has received an unfortunate diagnosis, the words used to communicate our options were not very positive nor encouraging. After the doctor could not answer my questions, she went and got her superior doctor, whose interactions were better. My son and I have had other experiences in other departments at Children's that were more positive than the one we had in rheumatology.

Front desk - didn't even look up from her phone until I spoke first. Not a good impression. Dr. Fair was excellent - very thorough, incredibly personable! The fellow was excellent as well. Both spent lots of time with us and it was a great experience as clinic visits go. Dr. Fair brought a resident in with her, Dr. Coffey I believe her nametag said, who lounged on the exam room counter as if she was at the bar, barely paid attention to what was going on, never introduced herself, and didn't smile when I wished her and the other trainees in the room the best of luck. As physicians ourselves, my husband and I were quite unimpressed with her body language which clearly stated she felt she had somewhere else to be that was more important. Just our 2 cents, but it might be worth letting her know that people noticed!

Dr. Fair was phenomenal. I feel completely confident that she is going to help my child to feel better. The entire trip went so smoothly and we found the facility and all staff to be kind and friendly.

Dr Fair and the nursing staff are amazing. Even made her feel special with having her sweet 16 birthday recently. Great team and appreciate that they drive up to see patients in the Valley.
