Overview

Services

I believe that every individual deserves access to quality healthcare. An important part of holistic healthcare is addressing mental, spiritual and social needs (in conjunction with the physical). My role as a mental health clinician provides the perfect opportunity to support mental, spiritual and social growth in my clients. As a therapist and an advocate for youth and families it is an honor and privilege to be able to provide mental health services through the school based model. Being located in a school allows those that might not have access to therapy a chance to be listened to, seen and validated. My approach to working with youth and families is both strength-based and person-centered. I am in awe of the resourcefulness and resilience I have witnessed in youth and families throughout the years and most remarkably during the current pandemic. My ultimate goal as a therapist is to provide a safe and inclusive space for all. I am a strong proponent of promoting positive intention, compassion and grace.
