Anna has experience in working with early childhood, adolescents, and teens who are neurologically diverse, have anxiety, depression, trauma, attachment, and adjustment disorders. She believes that clients and families are the experts on their lives and systems and therapy is an avenue to explore further understanding of self and family and build on strengths. Anna provides a validating and strengths based approach to therapy in order to support clients in achieving their goals. She has experience working with groups, in-home behavioral health, and schools.
