Conversations with Claire is a video series that provides insight into the organ transplant experience from a child’s perspective. This video series is designed to help children and their parents prepare for a kidney transplant. It also provides education about life after a kidney transplant.

Conversations with Claire is hosted by Claire. She is a former Children’s Wisconsin patient and organ transplant recipient. In this video series, Claire talks with kids who have also received an organ transplant.

The topics discussed were chosen by the transplant recipients featured in the videos. You will hear each child’s transplant story in their own words. Their stories showcase the important things they think all kids should know about living with a kidney transplant. This video series covers everything from post-transplant medications to mental health.

Each video in the series is different. Each conversation Claire has with a transplant recipient is unique. We recommend starting with the Introduction to Claire video. After that, you can either watch all the videos or just the videos that seem most helpful to you.
