Thank you for your interest in Children's Wisconsin's Administrative Fellowship program. Please visit our career page and apply to job opening.

Applications will need to be submitted by the deadline, September 18, 2019, and per the instructions outlined in Application Requirements. Incomplete applications will not be considered.

Application requirements

The following items are required to be submitted along with your application, and should be uploaded as attachments:

  • Cover letter
  • Resume
  • Official Graduate School Transcripts
  • Personal Statement (one page maximum) 
  • Essay Question in response to the following – “What major challenges are present for the pediatric healthcare market and their implications for pediatric hospitals?” (one page maximum)

Letters of recommendation

Three (3) Letters of Recommendation are required: 

  • (1) ACADEMIC

Letters of Recommendation should be sent directly from submitter to Subject line of the email should read "Letter of Recommendation – Name of Applicant"

Letters of Recommendation must be received by application deadline date, September 18, 2019.

Interview/selection process

After a thorough review of all complete applications, we will notify applicants who have been selected for an interview.

Onsite Interview:
Candidates invited to interview on-site will participate in a day long series of individual and panel interviews with various Children’s Wisconsin executives, leaders, and former fellows. Candidates should plan on arriving the day prior. Overnight accommodations and travel plans will be coordinated as appropriate. On site interviews will take place in mid-October.

The candidate selected for fellowship will be notified by November 6, 2019.
