Thank you for your interest in Children's Wisconsin's Administrative Fellowship program. Please visit our career page and apply to job opening.

Applications will need to be submitted by the deadline, September 13, 2021, and per the instructions outlined in Application Requirements. Incomplete applications will not be considered.

Application requirements

The following items are required to be submitted along with your application, and should be uploaded as attachments:

  • Cover letter
  • Resume
  • Official Graduate School Transcripts
  • Personal statement (addressing your career goals, your decision to pursue a pediatric administrative fellowship, specific skills you would bring to the organization, and attraction to Children’s Wisconsin). One page maximum.
  • Essay Question in response to the following - “COVID-19 has changed the future of the healthcare industry. Share your insights about what has been most remarkable in terms of providing pediatric healthcare during the pandemic. Offer your thoughts on what changes and innovations should endure and comment on how the delivery of pediatric healthcare may need to continue to evolve to ensure that all kids receive the best and safest care.” One page maximum.

Letters of recommendation

Three (3) Letters of Recommendation are required: 

  • (1) ACADEMIC
  • (1) PROFESSIONAL
  • (1) GRADUATE PROGRAM DIRECTOR

Letters of Recommendation should be sent directly from submitter to AdminFellow@chw.org. Subject line of the email should read "Letter of Recommendation – Name of Applicant"

Letters of recommendation must be received by the application deadline date – September 13, 2021.

Interview/selection process

After a thorough review of all complete applications, we will notify applicants who have been selected for an interview.

Onsite Interview:
Candidates invited to interview on-site will participate in a day long series of individual and panel interviews with various Children’s Wisconsin executives, leaders, and former fellows. Candidates should plan on arriving the day prior. Overnight accommodations and travel plans will be coordinated as appropriate. On site interviews will take place in early-October. Please note, due to COVID-19 restrictions the onsite interview may be conducted via Zoom. Stay tuned for further details.

Selection:
The candidate selected for fellowship will be notified by October 11, 2021.
