Children's Wisconsin offers several ways to read our Financial Assistance Policy and get a free application form:

Financial Counselors

Financial Counseling services are available 7 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. weekdays by calling (414) 266-5700. Financial Counselors guide families and patients on how they may secure insurance and help explore various options for covering the costs of services rendered at any of our healthcare facilities.
