Updated billing processes

We’re making exciting improvements to our billing processes!

• Google and Apple pay now available

July 2023

• Dental services will now be on the same guarantor and statement as other medical services.

November 2023

• Paperless statements - Effective November 2023, if you are you signed up for MyChart, you will find your statements under the billing tab in MyChart.
• New accounts will now be added to current payment plans. You will no longer have to call to add new accounts to your existing payment plans. Depending on your new account balance, we may contact you to discuss your payment arrangement.

January 2024

• Behavioral health services will now be on the same guarantor and statement as other medical services.
• We are excited to share that Children’s Specialty Group services rendered on or after 01/01/2024 will be included on the same guarantor and statement as Children’s Wisconsin services.
• Services provided prior to 12/31/2023 will continue to be billed on a separate statement.
