Mission #1: Make family meals a priority

Did you know? Eating as a family is one of the most important things you can do for your child's health.

What you can do:

  • Plan set days and times on the calendar to eat family meals. Start with 3 family meals per week.
  • Clear off the kitchen or dining room table so the family has a place to eat.

Make a goal for your family! Write it on your refrigerator or somewhere you will see it often.

Example: We will have dinner as a family _____ days per week.
