Schedule your child's measles shot (MMR)

Due to a recent rise in measles cases in neighboring states, Children's Wisconsin is providing resources so all children — whether or not they're a current patient — can get vaccinated.

We recommend you schedule your child's MMR vaccine (measles, mumps, and rubella) at your primary care clinic. If you don't have one, or would rather schedule at another location, please pick from the list below.

Before making an appointment, please be aware:

• Your child should be healthy
• Your child will only receive the measles shot (MMR); no other vaccines can be given at this time
• Your child will be seen by a nurse, not a provider

If you would prefer to have somebody call you or you don't find any slots that work for you, please fill out our online form or call one of our clinic locations below.

If you are unsure if your child has received both doses of MMR, please check the Wisconsin Immunization Registry online.
